My fascination with analytics begin in the early 2000's when I responsible for launching an e-commerce website. I developed intuitive dashboards and reporting processes to deliver almost real time analysis using server log file analysis.
This was a fairly manual method, and meant a lot of code hijacking to make things work. Time-consuming and not at all scalable. Since then, and the advent of Google Analytics, this is significantly easier and much more fun too!
The #1 hurdle that many marketers tell me is that they're unsure where to start and are not confident in what Google Analytics is telling them, or in most case what it is not.

It sure is! This is a hands-on small group training completely dedicated over two days to help you understand Google Analytics with lots of practical elements too. Where other courses focus on giving you an 3-hour overview, we completely immerse you in Google Analytics and actively work with you to provide as much value as possible.
Do I need a laptop?
Yes - You will be applying what you learn in this masterclass, in the class. We've got fast wifi internet access to help you too.
What's the story with the food?
We've got your back (and belly), each day there will be a light breakfast (think pastries and fruit), a proper lunch, and lots of drinks and snacks during the day.

How long does the masterclass last?
The masterclass is over two days, starts at 9.00am and finishes at 5.00pm with breaks inbetween. We recommend arriving before 9.00am to get setup and ready to rock.
What exactly are the 'Office Hours' follow ups?
Over two days we'll have a really good idea where you are at in your learning, after the masterclass we'll set up a 1-to-1 session with screen share and a phone call to help answer any area you need help with. You can have as many follow ups as you need too!
